REFUND POLICY
Our 60-Day Operational Certainty Guarantee applies to setup fees only and requires reasonable implementation compliance as outlined in program terms. Monthly subscription fees are not refundable but you may cancel at any time. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 60 days of implementation completion with documentation of completion rates and admin time tracking demonstrating the guarantee conditions were not met.
GDPR & DATA PROTECTION
All employee health data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR requirements and stored in our secure clinical system with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. NPH Group acts as Data Processor for client organisations who remain Data Controllers for their employee information. Full data processing agreement provided upon engagement.
CLINICAL GOVERNANCE
All clinical services are delivered by practitioners registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), or General Medical Council (GMC) as appropriate. Clinical decisions are made in accordance with professional standards and current occupational health guidance. Fitness to Work certifications represent clinical opinions based on information provided and do not override employer duties under health and safety legislation.
